Jonathan Cohen
Jonathan R. Cohen is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of
Florida Levin College of Law. He received his A.B., J.D., and Ph.D. in
Economics from Harvard University, and studied for a year at the Pardes
Institute for Judaic Studies in Jerusalem.
Before going to the University of Florida, he clerked for Justice Benjamin
Kaplan of the Massachusetts Appeals Court, worked in private law practice, and
served as a Hewlett Fellow and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law Schools Program
on Negotiation. His recent writings address negotiation ethics, apology in
lawsuits, language in legal discourse, and theological dimensions of human
cloning.
