If the Higgs Boson is found, then current physics will be able to produce a
single unified account of all four forces. This is sometimes referred to as a
GUT, a Grand Unified Theory. Until that is accomplished, it's generally agreed
that physics is incomplete. Other theories are waiting in the wings that hope
to supersede the 'standard model', notably string theory/m-theory.
