Relativity addresses the relation of space and time
and not the physical forces like gravity in nature. Put technically,
special relativity is a kinematic theory and not a dynamic theory.
Thus special relativity is consistent with either a causally closed,
mechanistic dynamics (as in general relativity) or a causally
open, indeterministic dynamics (as in relativistic quantum mechanics).
