Are ID advocates being expelled?
The film gives several examples purporting to represent
people being persecuted or forced out of their jobs by the Darwin Machine’s intolerance
of new scientific ideas. In each case,
the film cites facts that are demonstrably true and, at face value, genuinely
disturbing. But there are also important
facts that are either omitted, or are readily misconstrued from the film. And many of the ensuing published responses
to the film - both criticisms and defenses - seem to be highly interpretively
biased. There are three main cases,
examined here in order of what seems to be increasing seriousness and
complexity:
